Tirz stopped those cravings for me right from the start. From what I've seen about Reta, the strong appetite suppression that helps with weight loss kicks in later and at higher doses. Folks often keep some hunger but still end up eating less overall. I'll leave the detailed answers to others, but that's my take on the Tirz side.
I'm taking 2.5 mg of Reta every five days. I never used to have much interest in sweets, but now I feel like eating sugary junk almost daily. I might need to raise the dose since I've been on this amount for six weeks, though the urge still shows up even when I do go higher, just not as strong. Wondering if anyone on Tirz runs into the same thing.
